Library youth business program honored by NaCo

The National Association of Counties (NaCo) recented presented its 2003 Achievement Award to the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County for the "Library Youth in Business Initiative." The year-old public library program creates programs and activities that connect young people with business using library resources.
