It's cold outside, so what's a bear to
do but sleep? But sleep is not what
the bear's little forest friends have
in mind when they seek comfort
from the chilly winter weather in his
den. They have a big time popping
popcorn, brewing tea
and tweeting and chatting; that is,
until somone shakes pepper into the
stew. Find out what happens to bear
and his friends in this wonderfully
illustrated and humorous tale.

hungry fox. One by one the rabbits
escape. But will they make it home
safe and sound in time for dinner?
This book is written with simple text
and wonderful watercolor pictures.
Children will be mesmerized by the
life-like illustrations and the almost
musical flow of rhyming words. The
outstanding illustrations are so great
that they could almost tell the story
without the words!
