Emily, age 10 from Virginia Pictures of Hollis Woods is a story that takes place in New York, in the 1950's. Hollis is what some call a mountain of trouble, but if you get to know her she is very sweet. Hollis has been to so many foster homes she can't remember them all. But when she finds a family she finally likes something goes terribly wrong. Next she goes to Josie's house and her life changes, but Josie is losing her memory every day, and social services will take her away so she is trying to esacpe the system. I will rate this book a 4 1/2 out of 5.
