Book cover You Can't Eat Your Chicken Pox, Amber Brown
Paula Danziger (1995) , 80-120 pages
Audience: Primary (k-3rd grade)
Category: Humor, Realistic Fiction

Amber Brown can't wait for summer to come because she's going to London with her Aunt Pam, and then to Paris to see her dad. Overseas at last, she gets the chicken pox! Amber doesn't know if she'll ever get to see all of London. More importantly, she may not get to see her Dad. Read the continuing adventures of Amber Brown, as our colorful heroine takes her troubles on the road, and deals with everything the way she normally does -- with laughter.

This book is my favorite out of the whole Amber Brown books! I think it would be cool to go to Paris and also to ride in a plane because I've never been on a plane
