Since 2000, Gallery L at Main Library has provided space for exhibits that reflect the mission and ideals of the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County, representing a broad range of community interests, and increasing the educational dimension of PLCMC's programming, materials and services. Whether it is an art show mounted by a local artisan or an interactive exhibit from the Smithsonian Institutions, the exhibits of Gallery L represent the cultural wealth, ideas and history of our country, our region and our local community.
