There are many books that I feel have influenced me. They are: The Holy Bible, Plutarch's The Lives, Milton's Paradise Lost, Dante's The Divine Comedy, The Federalist Papers, and Emerson's essays. In classical literature, The Illiad and The Odyssey by Homer have been favorites with me. I have also been interested in the works of Plato, Aristotle, Herodotus, Xenophon, Thucidides, and other philosophers. I hope that the foregoing works of literature that I have mentioned will give you an idea of my favorite books.
